- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings; it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
- Credits: each period's credits expire at the end of that period and don't roll over.
- Upgrades: take effect immediately; you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period.
- Looks: a “look” is one set of 4 selfies you generate from.
How credits work
Credits are the only currency. A standard photo uses 3 credits and takes about a minute; a Pro photo uses 10 credits, takes longer and renders at higher resolution. Both are available on every plan, including the Starter Pack. The cost is shown before you generate.
Extra credit packs (subscribers)
If you run out mid-month, subscribers can top up. Pack credits last 90 days.

Refunds
Within 14 days of buying a plan or pack — including the Starter Pack — you can ask for a refund of the unused portion of that purchase (the share of its credits you haven't used). Subscription renewals aren't refundable, so cancel before the renewal date if you're done. One refund per customer. We don't promise any number of matches; if the photos themselves aren't working, tell us and we'll try to fix it. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
What's free
The Dating Profile Review scores any photo you already have and gives one specific fix for each area — no account needed. Generating new photos requires a purchase.
